Feels like I have been going to school now for months. Well, I guess that's because I have. Started in January and won't finish (this semester) until May. It's getting closer and that's a good thing. This summer I am only taking 2 classes and they are not at the same time. One is from May-June and the other July-Aug. Hoping that goes better and not as stressful as taking 4 classes at once.
Been keeping very busy between school, volunteering, family & friends. I've tried to make sure I have time away from the school work, but not so much so that I don't do relatively well in school. Seems to be working OK right now, although I do stress over school more than I really probably have to. Just don't want to get to relaxed with it. Had 2 tests last Thursday and found out I had an 86 in one of them, won't get the other score until tomorrow. So far I'd guess I'm averaging a "B" in all classes. Not too bad for an old lady!
We've had some wonderful weather so far this month..but they are saying "snow showers" for Friday. It's APRIL. Did someone forget that? Easter is in a couple weeks. We shouldn't have snow coming! But give me a few months and I will be complaining that it's too hot.
Been keeping my 3x week at the gym (at least for the last couple weeks). Still feel that extra weight and actually went and bought a new pair of jeans in the next size up (sad, sad day). Hopefully they won't fit (meaning too big) by summer. Trying to steer clear of the over abundance of Easter Candy that seems to jump into my cart this time of year. Oh but I do love chocolate bunny ears!!
